About Helene
Helene Grass (*1974, Hamburg) grew up in Berlin.
The film and theater actor received her training at the acclaimed Otto Falckenberg School in Munich. She then took on theater engagements in Zurich, Hamburg, Basel, Dresden, Freiburg and at the Théâtre National de la Colline, among others.
She has appeared in numerous cinema and television productions, such as the series “World on Fire”, which was filmed for the BBC, and the ARD series “Legal Affairs”.
Helene Grass also works as a narrator for various radio stations (RBB, NDR, WDR, etc.), reads audio books and works as a presenter.
Along with her father, she appeared in a literary-musical production about the poets of the Romantic period, which was received with great enthusiasm under the title “Des Knaben Wunderhorn oder die andere Wahrheit”. Helene Grass stages various musical-literary programs such as “Hilde, Cole und wir” and “Berlin Hinterhof” in which she also performs as a singer.
From 2016 to 2022, Helene Grass was also the artistic director of the literature and music festival “Wege durch das Land”.
